Common questions

No login required. Progress and notes are stored on your device.
Camera / mic / photos: requested only when you use Media Studio.
Clear data: reset progress in Profile, or delete media items in Media Studio. Uninstalling removes local data.
Response time: we aim to reply within 1–3 business days.

Privacy & terms

Study content and media notes stay on your device by default. For privacy or terms questions, use the same support email, or open Terms / Privacy inside the app.
